POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING
Is a service we provide for new buildings o buildings that have been renovated. Then we are not just talking about sweeping floors and cleaning carpets and other visible places. Listed below are some of the things we take care of cleaning and sanitizing:
TRANSFER TAX - LIST
- Walls are cleaned and care is taken to ensure that no dirt or stains are left behind.
- Windows and window frames are high-pressure washed.
- Stickers and plastic removed from furniture, windows and doors.
- We clean and dry the ceiling, lights, fans, radiators and hoods.
- We vacuum and scrud all floors and make sure nothing is left behing, especially in corners and other joints where dirt tends to collect.
- All basic surfaces washed.
- Threshold cleaning.
- All cupboards are cleaned inside and out, all shelves and furniture are wiped down.
- We sort all trash and make sure it is disposed of properly.
- If we become aware of loose cables/wires or any leaks, we contact the contractor and ask for improvements.
